Subject: [PATCH] bootmisc: switch wipe_tmp setting to no by default

When wipe_tmp=yes, an insufficiently bounded rm -rf occurs that,
under specific unknown circumstances, can escape into other filesystems
resulting in data loss.

See alpine/aports#13070.
